Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking an experienced software leader to own vertical web applications from concept to production in a high-scale environment. You will architect backend services across Python/Java/Ruby/Node.js and build polished frontends with React/TypeScript, connecting to REST/Thrift APIs on a platform that serves multi-tenant, compliant workloads.

You’ll ship via CI/CD with strong observability, while embedding AI-assisted development into daily workflows and expanding AI/LLM capabilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with ownership of deployed systems.
• Deep proficiency in at least two of Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js and strong frontend with React/TypeScript.
• Experience in CI/CD, test-driven development and agile practices; comfortable operating multi-tenant, compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Own vertical web applications from idea to production with product owner collaboration.
• Architect backend services for simplicity and reusability across verticals.
• Build frontend experiences in React/TypeScript and connect to backend APIs.
• Ship continuously with observability and reliability baked in.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into applications.
• Collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and drive technical initiatives.
