With over 8 years of software engineering experience and strong communication skills, you will partner with enterprise clients to address their unique challenges effectively.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $252,000–$315,000 USD, along with benefits including comprehensive health coverage, retirement benefits, and a learning stipend.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with customers in a technical consulting or solutions engineering role.
• Deep understanding of LLMs including prompting techniques.
• Experience using Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom integrations between Scale AI's platform and customer data environments.
• Develop production-grade AI agents tailored to customer use cases.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic enterprise accounts.
