Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in front-end engineering.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS styling.
- Strong UX/UI and accessibility (a11y) focus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a state-driven UI that adapts to network-specific quirks and requirements.
- Lead development on mission-critical projects including dashboards and e-commerce experiences for telecom.
- Mentor and lead a high-autonomy engineering culture focused on innovation and quality.
- Collaborate with backend, product, and design to craft data-driven solutions meeting business objectives.
- Architect scalable front-end systems for millions of user interactions across networks and devices.
- Explore emerging technologies such as Rust where performance demands require.
