Job summary

A10 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Staff Frontend Software Engineer to lead the design and development of modern user experiences for central management solutions.

The role focuses on managing infrastructure and security products across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployments. You will work with Product Management, UX Design, Application & Platform Engineering, and Quality teams to deliver scalable interfaces, reusable components, and data-driven experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional frontend development experience, including leadership of complex web app initiatives.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience designing scalable frontend architectures and reusable component frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice-based systems.
• Knowledge of secure coding guidelines and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and develop modern web applications for onboarding, configuration, analytics, and multi-tenancy.
• Build reusable UI components and frameworks used across products.
• Deliver responsive interfaces for large-scale deployments and datasets.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and streaming telemetry with microservices.
• Collaborate with UX to design intuitive workflows for complex operations.
• Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Mentor and conduct code reviews across teams.
• Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and patterns.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases.
