Why do we need you? We are seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This is a key role where you will focus on creating reusable frontend components for an exciting new product going from 0 to 1. You’ll drive the design and architecture of our frontend system, ensuring scalability, performance, and reusability while embracing microfrontend principles. As a technical leader, you'll bring strong expertise in frontend architecture, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems, while delivering solutions that empower our users to have seamless, efficient experiences. You will be working with technologies including React, Typescript, Node.js, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL. This role reports to one of our Engineering Managers.

The ranges listed below are the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Calendly takes a number of factors into consideration when determining an employee’s starting salary, including relevant experience, relevant skills sets, interview performance, location/metropolitan area, and internal pay equity.
Base salary is just one component of Calendly’s total rewards package. All full-time (30 hours/week) employees are also eligible for our Quarterly Corporate Bonus program (or Sales incentive), equity awards, and competitive benefits .
Calendly uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location, or the onsite building location if hybrid, to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current geographic zones are as follows:
$204,480 - $306,720 USD
$187,440 - $281,160 USD
$170,400 - $255,600 USD
