Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across various devices and browsers.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
• Work with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions for frontend development.
• Mentor junior frontend developers and share knowledge within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web applications.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, along with deep knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
