Job summary

DOSS is looking for a Frontend Engineer to architect and build the core frontend for their Operations Cloud platform. This role will involve owning the technical roadmap and creating scalable infrastructure for collaborative software. Candidates should be fluent in TypeScript, React, and Next.js and comfortable with GraphQL and Node.

The salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and location. The position includes competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive health benefits.

What You'll Do

Architect and build core frontend for our collaborative cloud platform.
Own technical roadmap of features as they related to the customer facing experience.
Create flexible infrastructure and components that scale in a composable software setting (think tools like Retool, Airtable, Zapier, Figma, Notion).

Experience / What We're Looking For

Going from 0 to 1 in ambiguous settings.
Fluent in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
Familiar with GraphQL, Postgres, ORMs, Node (Express).
Comfortable using internal APIs to build complex front-end interfaces and components.
Translating sophisticated Figma UI/UX into pixel perfect implementations in browser.

Compensation

Salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000. Final offer will reflect how you map to our current needs. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Doss and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
