JobNimbus in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Staff Frontend Software Engineer for the Platform team to lead architecture and infrastructure for our frontend platforms. You will drive the monorepo migration and build shared UI surfaces powering AI features across the company.

You will mentor engineers, raise performance standards, and guide decisions on system performance, tooling, and state management to deliver scalable product experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience on large-scale web frontend systems.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining frontend platform infrastructure and shared UI libraries.
• Experience with monorepo architectures and modern frontend tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend technical strategy on the Platform team, focusing on core infrastructure and architectural excellence.
• Drive the completion of the monorepo migration and modernization of legacy surfaces.
• Architect and build shared agent surfaces and extension points used by AI features across products.
• Evolve module and design-system infrastructure for consistency, performance, and reusability.
• Guide system performance, build tooling, and state management decisions as the frontend expert.
• Write production-grade, resilient frontend code for core shared components.
• Reduce architectural friction by defining clean module boundaries and primitives.
• Raise frontend quality, accessibility, testing standards, and web performance across the org.
• Mentor engineers across teams in modern web architecture and sustainable practices.
