Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A professional in Oakland to drive financial insights, forecasting, and strategic planning for core engagement metrics like DAU/MAU and retention.

You will partner with Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Revenue teams to model metrics, refine data definitions, and scale lifecycle reporting while aligning with business strategy and profitability goals. Competenze

• Experience building forecasting frameworks with cohort retention and activation logic.
• Experience with ML-driven models (e.g., churn propensity, LTV) for forecasting.
• Ability to explore data and present insights that drive business impact.

Mansioni

• Own financial reporting, forecasting, and planning for core engagement metrics (DAU, MAU, retention).
• Partner with Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Revenue teams to refine data models and metric definitions.
• Optimize balance between user engagement and monetization to drive financial growth.
• Develop real-time ML-driven forecasts from granular user behaviors to improve long-range planning.
• Create and track cohort-based models to quantify long-term value of retention improvements.
• Build models to evaluate ROI of retention initiatives and campaigns.
• Serve as AI adoption champion to automate and scale reporting across Finance.
• Write and run SQL queries, ensuring data validation and data integrity.
• Analyze trends in member funnels and unit economics to inform leadership decisions.
• Act as financial truth-source for Product, Marketing, Analytics teams and influence stakeholders.
