You will own reporting, forecasting, and planning for core engagement metrics and collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Revenue teams to scale lifecycle reporting. The role emphasizes ML-driven forecasts and cohort analysis to inform long-range planning, with opportunities to leverage AI tools and improve data workflows across Finance

Competenze

• 7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or product analytics experience in tech
• Comfort navigating complex SQL schemas and answering open-ended questions with data
• Pride in model integrity and accuracy of outputs

Mansioni

• Own the financial reporting, forecasting, and planning for core engagement metrics (DAU, MAU, retention)
• Partner with Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Revenue teams to refine data models and reporting
• Optimize engagement vs monetization to drive sustainable growth
• Develop real-time ML-driven forecasts from granular user behavior and propensity models
• Build and track cohort-based models to quantify long-term value of retention
• Evaluate ROI of retention initiatives and product features to deepen habituation
• Be an AI adoption champion and automate reporting with new tools
• Write and execute SQL queries and ensure data integrity
