Job summary

You will work closely with customer teams to turn technical challenges into scalable, production-grade solutions using Extreme's platforms.

You will write production software, build integrations, and guide engineers while identifying reusable patterns and platform gaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across the software development lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on software development with Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, C#, or C++.
• Experience delivering distributed, cloud-based, or enterprise software systems.
• Experience in AI, automation, data, networking, or enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customer teams to understand workflows, data, and constraints.
• Own architecture and delivery of complex customer solutions from design to production readiness.
• Write production-grade software and build agents, integrations, APIs, tools, and automation as required.
• Design and implement testing, guardrails, security controls, and observability for production solutions.
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions and code reviews across engagements.
