Moonshot, a fintech mobile platform, seeks a Staff Mobile Engineer to lead the Flutter iOS/Android trading experience. You will own architecture, design systems, and engineering practices, delivering highly interactive trading features while enabling the team to move fast and safely.

You will collaborate with Design, Product, and Backend teams, focus on performance, testing, and release processes, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliability and scale.

Formación

• 6–10+ years in mobile development, with 3+ years in Flutter.
• Experience owning large-scale consumer apps in fintech or trading.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architectures and state management.
• Experience building design systems/UI libraries in Flutter or similar.
• Solid fundamentals: testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and release management.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture and long-term evolution of Moonshot’s Flutter app across iOS and Android.
• Design and maintain a company-wide mobile design system and component library.
• Build highly interactive trading experiences: live prices, charts, tickets, history, notifications.
• Drive mobile performance: profiling, reducing crashes, memory and network optimization.
• Implement automated testing and define release/QA processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth to integrate analytics, A/B testing, feature flags.
• Partner with Backend/Platform on API design, data models, error handling, resilience.
• Lead by example with code reviews, design docs, and mentorship.
• Participate in on-call rotations for mobile incidents.
