Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with ~9 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with ~7 years.
• Proficiency in Python with NumPy, pandas, and basic scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of test automation and verification methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ML fundamentals and evaluation metrics.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
• Interest in AI, AI-assisted testing, or data analysis.
• Foundational knowledge of LLMs and AI-driven development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with embedded firmware concepts and Git/agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute firmware verification plans for NVMe-based enterprise SSDs.
• Design grey-box, white-box, and black-box test methodologies.
• Analyze weekly regressions, perform root-cause analysis, document findings.
• Contribute to test development, automation, and reporting.
• Communicate results and mitigation plans to teams and management.
• Participate in code reviews to improve test coverage.
• Develop Python-based test automation scripts and data-collection tools.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to improve test efficiency and failure detection.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers and AI/ML contributors.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate test creation and reporting.
• Develop agentic AI solutions to automate validation workflows.
• Utilize AI coding tools to improve software quality and velocity.
• Explore Agentic AI that interacts with test frameworks.
• Apply AI to testing, data analytics, and engineering productivity.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding platforms (GitHub Copilot, etc.).
