Job summary

Micron Technology is hiring for a Firmware & Product Test role focused on validating firmware specifications for NVMe-based enterprise SSDs. You will develop verification plans, implement diverse testing methodologies, and contribute to automation within FPT frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with substantial experience.
• Strong programming and testing fundamentals.
• Experience with AI/ML and test automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute firmware verification plans for NVMe enterprise SSDs.
• Design grey-box, white-box, and black-box test methodologies.
• Analyze failures, perform root-cause analysis, and document findings.
• Contribute to test development, automation, and reporting.
• Communicate results and mitigation plans to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers, test developers, and AI/ML teams.
