Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Staff AI Product Manager to lead the roadmap for Cisco's enterprise AI platform and experiences. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating complex AI capabilities into actionable roadmaps for a global workforce.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, security, legal, and business teams to deliver secure, high-impact AI solutions and ensure compliance with privacy standards. This hybrid role supports multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with AI domain experience (ML/NLP/LLM).
• Experience launching enterprise AI products from concept through deployment.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise data architectures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate feedback into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI solutions.
• Evaluate feature requests for platform ecosystem impact and avoid fragmentation.
• Own PRD creation and requirements gathering from focus groups and sources.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, security, legal and business teams to ensure delivery and privacy/security compliance.
• Influence roadmap and architecture decisions through data and stakeholder engagement.
• Advocate for automation features addressing high-impact workflows with enterprise tools.
