Meta is hiring a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer for Enterprise AI to serve as the primary technical bridge between Meta's internal engineering teams and enterprise clients. You will design architectures for large-scale AI deployments, build robust integrations with client infrastructure, and drive the roadmap by turning field deployment challenges into solid technical decisions.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, set deployment patterns, and mentor engineers to raise the technical bar.

Qualifications

• Experience using data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide detailed feedback and solutions.
• Experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects.
• 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language OR 4+ years with a PhD.

Responsabilités

• Architect systems for large enterprise AI deployments with security and compliance.
• Build integrations between Meta's AI platforms and client infrastructure (CRMs, data warehouses, APIs).
• Drive the roadmap by translating field deployments into strategic decisions for core AI products.
• Establish deployment patterns, tooling, and standards to reduce technical debt and accelerate execution.
• Lead and mentor to uplift the team and guide new engineers.
• Optimize performance, latency, and scalability in live production environments.
