Job summary

Meta is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge Meta's AI platforms with enterprise clients in Boston. You will architect and rollout large-scale AI systems, optimize performance, and ensure secure, compliant deployments.

You will elevate engineering practices, mentor teams, and shape product roadmaps with hands-on customer insights. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, design scalable integrations, and drive advanced AI testing and governance across major cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience turning field feedback into technical proposals.
• Proven ability to drive complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect systems for enterprise AI deployments with scalability and security.
• Build integrations between Meta platforms and client infra like CRMs and data warehouses.
• Drive the roadmap by translating field challenges into product decisions.
• Establish deployment standards and tooling to reduce technical debt.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor engineers.
• Identify and fix performance and latency bottlenecks in production.
