Responsibilities

• Assess and propose system design improvements, under manager review.
• Lead small-to-moderate utility projects through all phases: scoping, funding, site selection, design, procurement, construction, startup, sign-off.
• Develop and monitor engineering tools/processes for planning, operating, and improving electrical, water, or wastewater systems.
