Responsibilities

• Assess and recommend system design improvements, expansions, or replacements under supervision.
• Serve as a project manager for small to moderately complex utility projects through phases from scoping to closeout.
• Assist in preparing RFPs and reviewing vendor responses per procurement guidelines.
• Participate in field inspections and testing activities; document non-conformances.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on engineering requirements and project activities.
• Monitor system performance and investigate failures; propose corrective actions and improvements.
• Prepare technical, financial, or process-related analytical reports.
• Develop written and verbal project status reports including schedules and financials.
