Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals in systems programming with Rust/C++/Python/Go.
• Experience building and scaling distributed data/analytical engines.
• Hands-on ML/AI deployment and model serving experience.
• Familiarity with inference optimization and GPU utilization.
• Practical knowledge of production search/indexing systems.
