This position partners with laboratory operations, engineering, quality, IT, facilities, and external vendors to implement digital pathology, laboratory automation, workflow improvements, and related process development initiatives.The primary focus of this role is integration of technology into laboratory operations. The Staff Engineer will work closely with laboratory personnel and cross-functional teams to understand clinical workflows, support implementation of new instrumentation and systems, and drive successful adoption of new technologies.
