Job Description
Title: IAM Security Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA 30328 (Onsite – Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term
Experience: Minimum 12 years (including 4 years as a Lead/Architect)
Note: We prefer local candidates in Atlanta, GA. Non-local candidates willing to work onsite from day one are also considered.

Must Have Skills: Access Administration, Strong Communication & Collaboration, General IAM Experience, Strong Architecture Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive IAM solutions including identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to develop effective IAM strategies.
• Evaluate and integrate IAM technologies such as SSO, MFA, and PAM; conduct risk assessments.
• Lead IAM projects from start to finish, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security and efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging IAM trends and technologies.
• Develop training programs to promote IAM awareness among employees.
