Qualifications

• PhD or a Master's degree and experience in CS, CE, ML or related field.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• 1+ years of building models for business applications.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.

Responsibilities

• Support development of algorithms and modeling techniques for GenAI with LLMs.
• Support foundational model development including training, dataset design, and optimization.
• Leverage Amazon’s data sources and computing resources to advance LLMs.
• Contribute to products and services that use GenAI technology.
