Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Staff Software Engineer on the Freestyle team in Atlanta. You will shape the architecture and drive design of Freestyle Orchestrator, guiding cross-platform automation for Workspace ONE UEM.

You will mentor engineers, lead critical design initiatives, and collaborate with product managers, architects, and senior engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience designing and building distributed SaaS systems.
• Strong CI/CD, automated testing, and secure SDLC practices.
• Excellent cross-team communication and leadership.
• Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and design of Freestyle Orchestrator components.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and senior engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead cross-team architecture discussions and technical forums across the organization.
• Drive reliability, performance, and security in the orchestration platform.
