Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer – Flutter to own the architecture, performance and scalability of our Flutter mobile apps powering a high-growth consumer platform.

You will lead end-to-end mobile experiences, design scalable architectures, and ensure reliability under heavy user load while delivering engaging user experiences. You will collaborate with product and design teams, mentor engineers, and drive app performance, offline capabilities, and platform evolution on

Responsible for the architecture, performance, and scalability of mobile applications that power a high‑growth, consumer‑facing digital platform. Owns the mobile experience end‑to‑end, delivering high‑quality, high‑performance applications used by millions of customers. Leads the design of scalable mobile architectures that integrate seamlessly with backend systems and cloud infrastructure on AWS. Ensures application responsiveness, reliability, and performance under high user load while maintaining a consistent and engaging user experience.
