Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience is required.
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects.
• Participate in pre-task planning and report safety issues.
• Demonstrate quality practices and acumen.
• Provide consistent quality standards on proposal and project delivery.
• Manage and execute small projects of minimal complexity.
• Assist in developing the scope of work for routine projects.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, specifications, and related documents.
• Analyze data and perform engineering calculations for PE review.
• Coordinate or supervise field investigations and laboratory testing.
• Develop plans, schedules, and coordinate detailed phases of assigned work.
• Work with senior project managers and Professional Engineer of Record to gain experience.
• M ake design recommendations and modifications for review by the PE of Record.
• Prepare work scope, proposals, and investigations for approval by senior professionals.
• May supervise field staff including engineers and technicians.
• Interact with clients to define scope of services and communicate progress.
• Work under supervision of a PE and Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Master's degree in Engineering (preferred)
