• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Eng or Mechanical Eng is required.
• 8+ years of experience in fire protection design and operations.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and life safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret fire protection drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
• Analytical, decisive, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in semiconductor facility design, construction, and startup.
• PE license or NICET Fire Protection certification a plus.

What you must have:

• 8+ years of experience in fire protection system design and operations, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of NFPA codes, fire suppression systems, and life safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret fire protection drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with Fire Alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and alarm integration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in semiconductor facility design, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) or NICET Fire Protection Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and emergency response planning.

What you must have:

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and awkward positions.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and adjust heavy objects.
• Exposure to sharp, hot, and cold equipment.
• Must be medically qualified to wear a respirator.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at elevation, and in confined spaces with PPE.
