Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Geology, or related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or Geologist in Training (GIT) certification is required.
• 2–5 years of experience with environmental field sampling, data collection, and reporting.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Safety awareness and understanding of safe work practices.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and personal vehicle.
• Proficiency with data analysis, databases, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and perform field activities for environmental due diligence and remediation projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and labs; provide field oversight.
• Analyze, interpret, and present environmental data using statistical and visualization tools.
• Perform data entry and QA/QC for data tables, maps, and reports.
• Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and regulatory submittals.
• Operate and maintain field equipment and instrumentation.
• Research regulatory requirements for permitting and remediation.
