You will design working systems—CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and developer workflows—that accelerate every engineer in the organization, spanning embedded firmware and Azure DevOps platforms.

• 10+ years in software engineering, firmware development, platform engineering, or similar.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex systems used by other engineers.
• Treat infrastructure and tooling as a product; focus on usability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
