Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 6+ years of related experience in engineering roles.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S., Canadian, and international product safety standards (ANSI, CSA, UL, EN, IEC).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assessment of engineering skills and performance to local management.
• Develop training programs and mentor staff on technical topics.
• Offer guidance on test procedures, standards interpretations, and testing programs.
• Participate in standards committees, code panels, and testing program development.
• Prepare quotes for standards projects and assist with capital expenditure decisions.
