Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required or preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience is typical for entry Staff Engineer roles.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction and collaboration.
• Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines is important.
• Experience with Microstation is preferred.
