Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience with increasing scope and technical influence.
• Minimum 2 years operating at a senior level with cross-team architectural impact.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale systems using modern frameworks and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Team Architectural Leadership: Drives strategic alignment and ensures architectural consistency across teams.
• Complex Problem Resolution: Handles large-scale redesigns, distributed systems optimization, and new technology paradigms.
• Strategic Technical Planning: Translates business objectives into multi-quarter roadmaps with clear success metrics.
• High-Leverage Hands-On Work: Writes code for critical infrastructure and architectural implementations.
