Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Multiple positions available.

• Design enterprise data architecture solutions and conduct technical design sessions to support scalable data integration, governance, and reporting requirements (15% of the time).
• Develop, implement, and maintain data governance processes, including data quality rules, pipeline controls, audit mechanisms, and compliance standards to ensure accuracy and traceability of data (15% of the time).
• Provide technical guidance regarding enterprise data architecture, data modeling standards, data integration patterns, and scalable database design. (10% of the time).
• Define architecture standards and implementation frameworks for automated data pipelines and enterprise data solutions to improve operational efficiency (10% of the time).
• Define enterprise data architecture standards, technical specifications, and integration frameworks supporting long-term data management objectives. (5% of the time).
• Work with IT and engineering teams to resolve system dependencies, support integrations, and ensure successful delivery of technical solutions (5% of the time).
• Analyze Billing, Credit, and related data domains to identify data requirements, data quality gaps, integration requirements, and architecture improvement opportunities (5% of the time).
• Evaluate and implement tools, technologies, and methods based on system requirements, scalability, and technical performance (10% of the time).
• Assist team members in resolving complex technical issues and support adoption of new tools and technologies (5% of the time).
• Design and maintain enterprise data models, data structures, metadata standards, and storage architectures supporting Billing and Credit systems (2% of the time).
• Communicate project status, issues, and deliverables to stakeholders (2% of the time).
• Establish data validation standards, reconciliation methodologies, and quality control procedures for enterprise data environments (10% of the time).
• Troubleshoot data pipelines, workflows, and system issues to identify root causes and implement fixes. (2% of the time).
• Create and maintain data architecture documentation, data lineage documentation, data flow diagrams, and implementation specifications (2% of the time).
• Monitor data processes and resolve job failures and system issues to maintain consistent system operation (2% of the time).

Salary: $174,200 - $180,900 per year.

Skills, Experience And Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or its U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or a related field, plus 6 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer or any occupation, job title, position involving SQL development, data analysis, and business requirements analysis.

Must also have experience in the following: 6 years of professional experience translating business and operational requirements from nontechnical stakeholders into technical specifications and communicating data findings and system behavior back to business audiences in clear, actionable terms. 5 years of professional experience working embedded within or in direct support of a business operations function, including end-to-end operational processes and applying that context to data engineering decisions. 5 years of professional experience designing data quality standards, producing process documentation and leading root cause analysis with awareness of operational impact and business urgency. 5 years of professional experience in database development, ETL processes, SQL development, and data management, including data modeling, query optimization, and troubleshooting complex data quality issues in production and non-production environments. 5 years of professional experience designing, developing, and supporting ETL pipelines and data integration processes using modern tools and frameworks (Including Snowflake, Airflow, or SQL Server). 5 years of professional experience utilizing Python and big data platforms (including AWS Athena or Snowflake) for data processing, automation, and analytical workflows.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $174,200.00/Year - $180,900.00/Year
