CircleCI is building agentic developer experiences across the engineering org. You will help define the end-to-end agentic SDLC, partnering with teams to identify changes, plan, and measure outcomes while shaping internal tooling adoption.

We seek a leader with Go backend expertise, deep experience with AI agents, and a track record in cross-team impact. You will mentor engineers and drive decisions that balance throughput, cost, and reliability.

• Direct experience driving agentic developer experience efforts.
• Hands-on depth with agentic tooling and prompt design.
• Platform mindset: built and supported internal developer tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-natively; AI is the default approach for solving problems.
• Shape how CircleCI builds software with agents; define the end-to-end agentic SDLC.
• Engage with engineering teams to understand workflows and remove blockers.
• Build platforms and shared tooling; drive adoption across teams.
• Measure agent usage and outcomes; optimize throughput, cost, and reliability.
• Lead through design docs and cross-team discussions; mentor engineers.
• Lead influence across org to adopt agentic workflows.
