Qualifications

• 3+ years of production full-stack experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills.
• Comfortable backend services in Go.
• System design thinking with tradeoffs.
• Production mindset focusing on latency and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-natively. AI is how we work; define problems and solutions.
• Invent new interfaces for autonomous pipelines and fixes.
• Own the full stack from Go backend to React/TypeScript UI.
• Ensure craft and reliability are central, not afterthoughts.
• Champion observability with modern monitoring tools.
• Identify gaps and close them proactively.
