Job summary

Innovent is seeking a Staff Engineer to advance the agentic AI runtime on the Innfini platform. You will help shape the planner, policy engine, and decision ledger powering national-scale deployments.

You’ll join a small team focused on production distributed systems, shipping to customers in regulated or mission-critical environments, across edge and cloud runtimes, with hybrid in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, planners, or LLM-tool-use systems.
• Strong distributed-systems fundamentals.
• Comfort working across edge and cloud runtimes.
• Track record of shipping into regulated or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Build the planner, policy engine, and decision ledger that runs national-scale deployments.
• Collaborate with a small team focused on the agentic AI runtime surface of the Innfini platform.
• Ship to customers operating national-scale operations, including in war rooms or mission-critical facilities.
