Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an entry‑level Civil/Structural Engineer to perform structural design and analysis under supervision in Tacoma, WA. You will assist with basic projects, analyze structures with various materials, and support teams within budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes reports, RFIs, and interaction with clients, architects, contractors, and agencies, with mentorship to develop technical proficiency and project execution skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification required or in progress.
• Solid understanding of structural fundamentals and ability to conceptualize systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with 3D visualization skills.
• Good communication with clients, architects, contractors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and building codes.

Must-Haves:

• EIT certification

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams
