Omnissa, LLC in is seeking a Staff Engineer in Atlanta to design and build large-scale distributed systems powering our AI-driven digital work platform. You will own system design, performance, scalability, and operational excellence for core services, working on high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
Responsibilities include end-to-end architecture, service decomposition, data modeling, and inter-service communication, with emphasis on reliability and security.

As a Staff Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building large-scale distributed systems and platform services that power our core platform. This role goes beyond feature development-you will own system design, performance, scalability, and operational excellence of critical services. You will work on high-throughput, low-latency systems, solving complex problems in data processing, service orchestration, and reliability engineering, while influencing architectural direction and engineering best practices across teams.

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Compensation: The typical base salary for this role is between USD $164,512 - $274,187 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
