Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 12+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 10+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years.
- Professional software development experience in C++ and Python.
- Experience with electrical or RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers).
- Software architecture experience.
- Leadership experience leading software teams.
- Active Secret clearance with SAP and U.S. Citizenship.
Responsibilities
- Test software architecture for phased array testing.
- Develop automated test processes and data analysis.
- Lead software development teams across projects.
- Mentor early career engineers.
- Define software requirements from product test requirements.
- Develop test plans and lead software integration.
- Support production test and troubleshoot.
- Collaborate with design engineering for hardware/test improvements.
- Maintain cost, schedule, and quality alignment with policies.
