Shieldai is seeking a Staff Electromechanical Systems Advance Manufacturing Engineer in Dallas, Texas. This role aims to enhance the manufacturing of complex motion-control and mechanically actuated systems. Candidates should have over 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in electromechanical systems.
• Experience with actuators, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong knowledge of DFM/DFA principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering efforts for electromechanical subsystems.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for hydraulic and motion-control systems.
• Drive root-cause investigations for manufacturing issues.

Skills

Experience with MES & QMS systems

Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE / Teamcenter (PLM) systems

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong project management skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechatronics
