Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks an electrical engineer to lead medium‑voltage design for large AI data centers in the San Francisco area. You will own standards, review diagrams, and coordinate with utilities, vendors and operators to ensure reliable power distribution.

Requires a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, experience with ETAP/SKM/EasyPower, and knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E. Some travel to sites is expected; four days per week on-site in SF.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with medium-voltage systems for data centers or large facilities.
• Familiarity with NEC/NFPA 70E, IEEE, NETA standards.
• Ability to develop and review electrical study reports and protection schemes.
• Strong cross-team communication across engineering, construction, and operations.

Mansioni

• Own electrical design standards and reference architectures for medium-voltage distribution in data centers.
• Lead design from utility interconnection through campus distribution and MV-to-LV conversion.
• Develop and review single-line diagrams, equipment specs, and protection philosophies.
• Evaluate designs for capacity, reliability, maintainability, cost and schedule.
• Perform or oversee load-flow, short-circuit, grounding, arc-flash, and power quality studies.
• Coordinate with utilities, manufacturers, construction teams, and data center operators.
• Support procurement, factory testing, and commissioning activities.
