Job summary

Fulfil is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer in Mountain View, CA to own the design of PCBAs for our proprietary industrial automation equipment. You will collaborate with mechanical, software, and operations teams to bring innovative technology to reality, ensuring compliance with UL/ISO/IEC/NFPA standards.

You will lead cross-functional engineering efforts, design robust electrical systems, and mentor others while traveling up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional work experience.
• Expert in analog and digital circuit design, high speed design, and components selection.

Responsibilities

• Own challenging electrical design projects in industrial automation and robotics.
• Own the PCBA design process from gathering requirements through design, prototyping, and validation.
• Document design concepts, trade studies, test procedures, and applicable assembly instructions.
• Work with a cross functional team to design robust electrical systems.
• Lead teams in safety and standards compliant work with electronics and training others.
• Test new designs on the bench and in-system to ensure function and performance.
