Dolby in San Francisco is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to lead hardware development for next-generation consumer audio technologies. You will design analog and digital electronics, work with DSP integration, and collaborate with software, acoustics, and mechanical teams to deliver holistic solutions.

You will evaluate components, prototype new designs, and guide customers through architecture reviews while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of proven industry experience in electronics hardware.
• Experience designing mixed-signal systems for consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware platforms to enable Dolby technologies.
• Design analog and digital electronics for audio applications.
