Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Staff Electrical Designer in Albuquerque, NM to join a project team. The role covers planning, site evaluations, analytical designs, specifications, and construction documentation while supporting a diverse client portfolio.

This onsite position requires 7+ years of electrical design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation, and strong communication. The 9/80 schedule is eligible after two months, with travel ~25% and a 12-month

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in drafting technology or related field and minimum 7 years related experience required; OR
• Associate's Degree and minimum 8 years related experience required; OR
• High School diploma and minimum 9 years progressive detailing and design experience required.
• GIS/CAD background preferred.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design and familiarity with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical projects including schematics, grid layouts, power systems, lighting, protection and controls, and site/facility design.
• Produce production drawings with problem analysis, layout and calculations for non-routine tasks.
• Perform design tasks using standard methods, refine sketches, and prepare redlines for ongoing projects.
• Analyze reports, drawings and tests to plan and design.
• Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, budget and schedule.
• Organize and maintain revisions and project files.
