Job summary

North Adams Commons Nursing & Rehab Center seeks an experienced nurse educator and administrator to lead in-services, coordinate new hire orientation and act as resources for staff education. This role supports our ongoing commitment to high-quality resident care.

You must be a Massachusetts-licensed RN with at least five years in long-term care, CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification. The position offers competitive pay, a signing bonus, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Five (5) years Long Term care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS/AED and IV Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage process for mandated in-services.
• Coordinate orientation for all new hire employees.
• Act as a resource person for all staff regarding educational needs/requirements.
• Handle Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives.
• Perform other duties as needed or as assigned by the administrator.
