Job summary

Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility in Greenfield, MA, is seeking an experienced RN education coordinator to support staff development and in-service programs.

The role requires a Massachusetts RN license, a nursing degree, and long-term care experience; CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification are required. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Five (5) years Long Term care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage process for mandated in-services.
• Coordinate orientation for all new hire employees.
• Act as a resource person for all staff regarding educational needs/requirements.
• Handle Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives.
• Perform other duties as needed or as assigned by the administrator.
