• Communicate and market education programs to a broad target audience based on assessed needs.
• Make recommendations for cost/quality strategies and serve as an expert resource for staff.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate orientation and competency processes for clinical staff and students.
• Evaluate performance issues and develop strategies for remediation.
• Respond to changes in clinical practice and provide necessary training and education.
• Participate in leadership projects, meetings, committees, and improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance and documentation of organizational records based on regulatory standards.
