Zusammenfassung

Lockheed Martin is hiring an experienced Staff E3/EMC Engineer in Orlando to serve as a technical authority within the E3 Engineering organization. You will shape E3 strategy, mentor engineers, and drive EMI/EMC controls across multiple programs.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, leading qualification programs, and representing E3 in reviews with customers. Candidates should have 5+ years in E3/EMC, strong shielding and grounding expertise, and the ability to obtain a DoD security

Qualifikationen

• BS in Electrical Engineering or closely related STEM field from an accredited university; MS/PhD preferred
• Minimum 5 years in E3/EMC engineering or related discipline
• Experience leading MIL-STD-461/464 qualification programs with test plan development and data package generation
• Strong grounding, bonding, shielding, and filtering design expertise for circuit cards and enclosures
• Experience allocating E3 requirements and control plans at system level
• Experience with EMI root-cause investigation and corrective actions
• Familiarity with HERO/HERP/HERF and lightning/HIRF protection analyses
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; strong written and verbal communication
• US Citizenship; ability to obtain DoD security clearance (Secret)

Aufgaben

• Define and drive E3 requirements allocation and control-plan strategy
• Serve as technical authority for EMI/EMC design, analysis, and testing
• Lead root-cause investigations for EMI issues across levels
• Direct MIL-STD-461/464 qualification test programs and witness testing
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical training
• Contribute to proposals with technical volume and basis of estimate
• Represent E3 Engineering in customer reviews and TIMs
• Establish E3 design standards and lessons learned
• Collaborate with program management to align execution with commitments
