IC Resources seeks a Sr. Principal DevOps Engineer in the San Diego area for a hybrid role (3 days onsite). The position requires a very high level of autonomy and the candidate must be a U.S.

Citizen or Green Card Holder due to government-related work. Competitive base salary with excellent benefits. The ideal candidate brings 10 years in software engineering with DevOps/SRE focus, strong scripting (Python, Go, Bash), and extensive multi-cloud/hybrid experience, plus expertise in IaC

Qualificações

• 10 years experience in software engineering with a DevOps/SRE focus.
• Strong scripting/programming in Python, Go, Bash.
• Extensive multi-cloud and hybrid environments experience.
• Proficiency with IaC tools Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
• Experience building and releasing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub).

We're working with a big name in the Deep Tech space in their search for a Sr. Principal DevOps Engineer (Future Leader) with a very high level of autonomy.

This is a Hybrid (3 Days) Position in the San Diego Area.

Because the client does a significant amount of work with the U.S. Federal Government, we can only consider U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders at this time.

This Position will Require a Very High Level of Autonomy: Must Be a Self-Starter and Not Require Much "Hand-Holding"

What We're Looking for in a Sr. Principal DevOps Engineer:

• 10 Years Experience in the Software Engineering Field with a focus on DevOps/SRE
• Very Strong Scripting and/or Programming Experience: Python, Go, Bash, etc.
• Extensive Experience in Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Environments
• Highly Proficient with IaC Tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible
• Extensive Experience Building and Releasing CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub
• Experience with Cloud Security and Compliance Best Practices, DevSecOps
• High Level of Autonomy and Agency and Ability to Work Little Direction
