Job summary

Cube Dev, Inc. is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to set the technical direction for the infrastructure that runs Cube Cloud and its analytics platform. You will manage complex initiatives, partnering with engineering leaders and mentoring engineers.

The role involves evolving a multi-cloud architecture, leading CI/CD improvements, and enhancing developer productivity while ensuring security and compliance. This position is fully remote but based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of AWS, GCP, Azure networking, IAM, and managed services at scale.
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes in multi-tenant environments.
• Solid background in designing and operating CI/CD systems.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for the infrastructure that runs Cube Cloud.
• Collaborate on evolving multi-cloud architecture.
• Lead improvements to CI/CD and developer platforms.

Skills

Deep understanding of major cloud environments

Strong expertise with Kubernetes

Strong experience with IaC tools

Solid background in designing CI/CD systems

Track record of leading large infrastructure initiatives

Strong grasp of observability and reliability engineering

Previous startup experience

Strong knowledge of TypeScript

Hands-on experience with Pulumi

Experience with Rust

Experience operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms

Experience running infrastructure for AI/LLM workloads

Background in data engineering

Compliance experience
